1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
AG Publishing House offers academic book publishing, editorial, and related services, including manuscript submission and review, editing and formatting, publication and distribution, and subscription-based access to content or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice, though we will strive to inform you of significant changes.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, manuscript submission, or payment processes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, and you agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. You are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or software needed to access our Services, including a reliable internet connection.
4. Manuscript Submission and Publishing
a. Submission Process
When you submit a manuscript, you represent that you are the sole author or have the legal right to submit the work for publication, that the manuscript does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, and that the content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Review and Acceptance
We reserve the right to review, accept, or reject any manuscript at our sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication.
c. Publishing Agreement
If your manuscript is accepted, you may be required to enter into a separate publishing agreement outlining rights, royalties, and other terms specific to the publication process.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Your Content
You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the manuscripts or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AG Publishing House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content as necessary to provide the Services, such as for publishing, marketing, or distribution.
b. Our Content
All content on our website, including text, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to AG Publishing House and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
6. Payments and Fees
Some Services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in a separate agreement, provide accurate payment information, and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may update pricing for our Services at any time, with notice provided where feasible.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe harms AG Publishing House, its users, or third parties. You may also terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing use or contacting us. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AG Publishing House, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Shipping, Cancellation, & Returns
We allow cancellations of services only if the applicable service has not commenced, for a full refund minus payment processing fees, if applicable.
For physical orders, we allow cancellations only if the order has not yet been shipped, for a full refund minus payment processing fees, if applicable.
Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return, refund or upgrade within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Products ordered through the Platform for India, are shipped through our courier partners. If our courier partner does not service the desired location, the products are shipped through the Indian Postal Service. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The shipping times mentioned on the Platform is approximate and delivery is subject to our courier partners and local conditions at the delivery location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AG Publishing House, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of these third-party sites or services. Your use of them is at your own risk.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, withou, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
