1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into this agreement. Furthermore, if you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
AG Publishing House provides academic publishing, editorial, and related services. These services include manuscript submission and review, editing, formatting, publication, distribution, and subscription-based access. In addition, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service when necessary. However, we aim to inform users about significant changes whenever possible.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, manuscript submission, or payment. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Therefore, notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access. Additionally, you must use the Services only for lawful purposes and comply fully with these Terms & Conditions. Do not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or unlawful. Finally, you must maintain the equipment and internet access required to use our Services.
4. Manuscript Submission and Publishing
a. Submission Process
When submitting a manuscript, you confirm that you are the rightful author or legally authorized to publish the work. Moreover, you confirm that the manuscript does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable laws.
b. Review and Acceptance
We review each submission carefully. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject any manuscript at our discretion. Submission alone does not guarantee publication.
c. Publishing Agreement
If we accept your manuscript, you may need to sign a separate publishing agreement. That agreement will define rights, royalties, and other publication-specific terms.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Your Content
You retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, by submitting content, you grant AG Publishing House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content as required to provide our Services.
b. Our Content
AG Publishing House owns or licenses all website content, including text, logos, designs, and software. Copyright and trademark laws protect this material. Therefore, you may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Payments and Fees
Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and provide accurate billing details. In addition, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Unless stated otherwise, all fees remain non-refundable. We may also revise pricing when necessary, and we will provide notice where feasible.
7. Terms & Conditions Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms & Conditions or harm AG Publishing House or other users. Likewise, you may stop using the Services at any time. After termination, your access ends immediately. However, any outstanding fees remain payable. Certain provisions, including intellectual property and liability clauses, will continue to apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AG Publishing House, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Shipping, Cancellation, & Returns
We allow service cancellations only before work begins. In such cases, we issue a refund minus processing fees. Similarly, we accept order cancellations before shipment for physical products.
If you receive a defective item, you may request an exchange, return, refund, or upgrade within 7 days of delivery.
We process orders within 3–5 business days. Our courier partners handle shipping across India. If courier service is unavailable in a location, we use the Indian Postal Service. Delivery times remain approximate and may vary due to local conditions. During high order volumes, minor delays may occur. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AG Publishing House, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of these third-party sites or services. Your use of them is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, withou, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
